Terms and Conditions for DailyAi.Cloud

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DailyAi.Cloud platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from accessing or using the platform.

2. Services Provided

DailyAi.Cloud provides a data filtering application that allows users to utilize AI language models like ChatGPT, Grok, or DeepSeek while adhering to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The application is operated locally within the user’s company.

3. Pricing and Payment

DailyAi.Cloud offers three pricing tiers (S, M, L) with monthly flat rates. Each plan includes a specific number of tokens. Pricing details are available on the Pricing page. All payments are due monthly in advance. A one-time setup fee of €1, 700 applies, and a €5, 000 hardware deposit is required and refundable upon termination of the service agreement.

4. Termination

You may terminate your service agreement with DailyAi.Cloud at any time by providing written notice. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable. The hardware deposit will be refunded after the service agreement is terminated and the hardware is returned in good condition.

5. Data Privacy

DailyAi.Cloud is committed to protecting your data in accordance with GDPR regulations. Our Privacy Policy details our data handling practices.

6. Limitation of Liability

DailyAi.Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.

7. Governing Law
